Gurmeet Choudhary took to Instagram on Monday to share photos from his Diwali celebrations at home. The actor’s wife, Debina Bonnerjee, and their daughter Lianna were photographed. Debina and Lianna matched their outfits for the occasion. Lianna was present for the actors’ first Diwali.Their daughter was born in April 2022.
Debina wore a purple kurta sharara with a dupatta and a gold necklace around her neck. Gurmeet wore a yellow kurta with white pyjamas and brown shoes. Lianna wore a purple crop top and skirt to match her mother’s outfit. She also wore a pink headband.
Debina looked Gurmeet in the eyes as she posed for the camera in one of the scenes. Debina posed for the camera in one of the photos, looking into Gurmeet’s eyes. He held Lianna in his lap while the family posed on their home’s balcony, which was decked out in Diwali lights. Debina smiled as she held her husband’s shoulders. Gurmeet also posted a few photos of his Debina with fairy lights and plants in the background.
“Lots of love, light, and happiness from us to you and your family (purple heart emoji),” Gurmeet captioned the photos on Instagram. In the caption, he used the hashtags ‘happy Diwali’. “That’s exactly what we’ve been hoping for,” one of his fans replied.Another fan commented, “Lianna’s expression is super cute.” “Always a favourite couple, happy Diwali,” said another fan. Many fans wished him and his family well and tagged him in photos with heart emojis.
In 2011, Gurmeet Choudhary married Debina Bonnerjee. They met on the set of Ramayan, a 2008 television show in which they played Ram and Sita. Debina announced her second pregnancy in August, while sharing a photo with Gurmeet and Lianna on her Instagram handle. She uploaded it with, “This is another of those opportunities. Nothing will ever change the fact that few decisions are divinely timed. We’ll be finished soon.”
